KyeongHwan Kim graduated from Seoul National University Law School. He gained extensive experience at Kim & Chang, handling a wide range of matters essential to corporate operations, from legal advisory services to responding to administrative and investigative authorities such as the Fair Trade Commission, Police, and the Prosecutors' Office, as well as civil and criminal litigation.
In particular, he has expertise in labor and employment issues arising in corporate management, as well as fair trade matters, including hardcore cartels and abuse of market dominance. He has also handled numerous criminal matters that could significantly impact the future of companies and executives.
With his exceptional English proficiency, he was appointed as a representative for Republic of Korea at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). He also has extensive experience in international legal matters, including representing and advising multinational corporations in cross-border disputes.
