Donghee Cho is a partner at Chowol and is based in Seoul. He represents clients in a range of complex corporate matters and litigation, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, international dispute and the capital market.

He provides pragmatic and commercially creative advice on diverse corporate matters, including M&A, real estate developments, foreign investments, and capital markets regulations.
